Welcome to Coasting Home!

Coasting Home was established as a new company in August 2003 by Cathleen Crosby, after she managed the same operation for Kennedy & Associates for 14 years. We still maintain a close working relationship with Kennedy & Associates—in fact our office suite is upstairs in their building!

Cathleen is a licensed real estate broker, and maintains an active membership in several Realtor organizations at the local, State and National levels. Coasting Home is also a member of the Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA), The Better Business Bureau, and the Redwood Coast Chamber of Commerce.
