Downstairs, the main bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV with DVD/VCR and a sitting area. The smaller second bedroom also has a queen bed. Both rooms offer ocean views. There is a single full bathroom on this level.

What do you think of when you hear a name like “Sea Gate”? Here is a home that not only wraps its arms around you, it throws open its doors and windows to the freshness and light that accompany life on the coast. Escape to Sea Gate and get lost in the sweeping ocean views! Come and relax in a stunning place that will make you smile whether day or night.  

After you leave the Coasting Home office the sound of gravel under your tires as you turn off Highway One onto the private drive will be the first signal that you are leaving the rest of the world behind for awhile. That sense of separation really begins to take effect once you round the curve and see “Sea Gate” on it’s bluff-top private land.  

The views are tremendous, thanks to the many rugged outcroppings. As the sea plays against the cliffs and submerged rocks, white water breaks in eye-catching displays from left to right, then back again. You can enjoy the setting from the bench–literally on the edge of the cliff!–or the hot tub, or just about anywhere on this perfectly positioned property.

Then, as you enter this simple-looking home, you discover the rich warmth and sizzle of a sophisticated villa. Blending the north-coast surrounding with a Tuscan-influenced interior, Brisas del Mar presents a delightfully different experience. Custom touches, classy finishes, and some very fine furnishings all make this home a relaxing, and easy place to unwind and restore.

All bedrooms feature hypo-allergenic down-alternative pillows and comforters. Guest bedroom has queen bed, seating area, TV, and ensuite bathroom with stall shower. Second bedroom also has a queen bed. The master bedroom has a huge European king-size bed. Master bath has a soaking tub and separate shower. Satellite TV, DVD, 5-CD stereo with wall-mounted speakers.

Guests can use the garage. Enjoy the new propane BBQ and coming soon will be a Hot tub in the back yard in the late spring. You will need a calling card for long-distance calls. Your Verizon cell phone MAY work at the house, but other carriers typically will not have coverage here. Children are welcome. NO PETS. Maximum of six occupants.

Crafted in the mid-90s, “Dew Point” is an exclusive oceanfront 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom contemporary home. Careful attention to design details and comfort is evident in every room. The roomy kitchen has a 6-burner gas range and spectacular views. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the deck! Dew Point offers ample and gracious seating for dining or relaxing.

High-speed cable Internet is offered at the house, just bring your computer with you.

Master bedroom, with queen bed, opens to the oceanside deck and spa, where you can enjoy the awesome ocean views. The second and third bedrooms both have queen beds, with a sliding wooden door between the rooms.

The side porch offers an abalone or fish-cleaning station, an outside shower, and space to barbecue your catch of the day!

Secluded in the Redwoods above Anchor Bay, this north-coast chalet provides absolute privacy. Appointed with warm tones, authentic native American works, and complimented by the huge brick fireplace in the living room.

Curl up on the window seat and enjoy the sunshine and distant ocean views out the large windows.

Enjoy the startling ocean view through the floor-to-ceiling glass in the west wall. Queen bed in the upstairs loft, two twins in the bedroom, one bathroom.

The spa on the deck also has complete privacy and the same above-it-all view. Electric heaters, cable TV/VCR, stereo/cassette, microwave, BBQ, washer/dryer.

Beyond the redwood trees is a view of the glistening ocean.

The living room area provides plenty of seating and a propane fireplace, so that you can curl up on the couch and watch the ocean.

The den is located off of the living room, and has a large TV with a DVD/VCR player. The kitchen is every family’s delight, with plenty of counter space, a dishwasher, and tons of sunshine.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with great ocean views. Let the sound of the ocean put you to sleep.

The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with a forest setting, and a patio. There is a full bathroom located off the hallway between the master bedroom and third bedroom.

The third bedroom shares two twin beds and has a small forest view out the window. There is a second bathroom off of the front entrance hall.

The hot tub sits alone at the bottom of the house, where you can enjoy the beauty of the ocean.

Tidewood has a maximum occupancy of 6 people, kids are welcome, pets are welcome, and there is no smoking.

Just a mile up a dirt road, but light years from “reality!” A stunning, classy sanctuary on a rolling meadow, with orchard trees and expansive gardens.

“The Hideaway” offers soothing distant ocean views, privacy, deck with spa tucked beautifully amidst the garden, and lovely furnishings.

Two bedrooms, with a king bed in the master, and 2 doubles in the guest room. One bathroom with a shower, and a separate deep soaking tub. There is also an outdoor shower!

The large living room offers abundant comfort with ample seating, large wood-burning fireplace and big TV and VCR. The separate sitting room is designed for the bookworm and the nook napper. The calm and beauty of the gardens can be enjoyed through plentiful windows.

The farmhouse style kitchen is sure to please, with its old-fashioned gas stove, lots of workspace and a dining table big enough for the grandest feast. Also included are microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and a dual cassette/single CD stereo. There is a woodstove in the entry alcove, and electric baseboard heat.

Bring your family to Oden’s (chief Norse god) Ohana (Hawaiian for “family”) located just a couple miles north of Gualala. Come… Unwind…. Relax… or don’t. The beach access is just a short hike away, there are tons of hiking trails in the area and you can also kayak the Gualala river. This home is a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin with a shower stall in the master bathroom and a claw foot tub in the other bathroom. The hot tub on the deck also offers soothing blue water ocean views.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest room has two full size beds along with a futon

Enjoy some good old fashion family time. Read a book, watch that classic movie, or do a puzzle — there is comfortable seating for it all!

The spacious table on the deck also provides a wonderful eating area, with the door just off of the kitchen/living room.
