A roomy and bright west meadow home, “Rosebud” is perfectly situated for relaxing family and friends to visit and enjoy some of the best coastal trails and beach access points. Just a short hike to Shell Beach, where sea lions can often be observed, and a great beach for playtime!   

The home is spacious, with 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen), and lots of room to enjoy the DVD/VHS selection, read, play games and have some great meals. The deck includes a hot tub, outdoor shower, and fish-cleaning station, plus a charcoal grill. All make for easy beach-country outdoor living! Rosebud also offers free nationwide calling, and a private sauna! Children and dogs are welcome (a pet fee will apply). Maximum of six occupants.

“Brisas del Mar.” Just imagine gentle breezes, the sound of the surf on the sandbar below, and the fresh fragrance of sea air with a hint of fir and pines. Then, as you enter this simple-looking home, you discover the rich warmth and sizzle of a sophisticated villa. Blending the north-coast surrounding with a Tuscan-influenced interior, Brisas del Mar presents a delightfully different experience. Custom touches, classy finishes, and some very fine furnishings all make this home a relaxing, and easy place to unwind and restore.

All bedrooms feature hypo-allergenic down-alternative pillows and comforters. Guest bedroom has queen bed, seating area, TV, and ensuite bathroom with stall shower. Second bedroom also has a queen bed. The master bedroom has a huge European king-size bed. Master bath has a soaking tub and separate shower. Satellite TV, DVD, 5-CD stereo with wall-mounted speakers.

Guests can use the garage. Enjoy the new propane BBQ and coming soon will be a Hot tub in the back yard in the late spring. You will need a calling card for long-distance calls. Your Verizon cell phone MAY work at the house, but other carriers typically will not have coverage here. Children are welcome. NO PETS. Maximum of six occupants.

The view deck off the dining room is perfect for cocktails and the sunset, or just listening to the bird calls and enjoying the moment. Campo del Mar enjoys a lovely, open meadow setting and sparkling blue water views. The newest pool is just a few minutes south, the golf course is close by on the north, and the bluff trail is a short walk to the west. The contemporary open design creates an expanse of natural gathering spaces. Light and views flow from the kitchen to the dining and living rooms. Both bedrooms have a king bed with a cozy down comforter and down pillows. Each bedroom opens onto the rear deck for easy access to the spa. The master bath has a shower stall, and the second bathroom includes a full bathtub. The hot tub is set in the back deck and is a perfect spot for stargazing! In addition to the very comfortable furnishings (especially the beds!), this home also offers central heat and a wood burning fireplace to keep you cozy. Other amenities include 37 inch flat screen satellite TV, Blu-ray DVD, 5-CD stereo, gas BBQ, and a small stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.

Back: The Hideaway

Independence House is located west of Leeward Road in the northern third of Sea Ranch. With pretty blue water views, and easy access to the trail at the end of the cul-de-sac, you may find “Independence” from a lot of things when you settle in here for your vacation!

The game room may just be the highlight of the whole house, so we’ll get right to it. This room offers a full-size pool table, ample seating for spectators or TV watching on the flat panel wall-mounted screen, a “Frogger” game, a pin ball machine, and toys!

For the quiet times, the living room has comfy seating for conversations, reading, snoozing or cuddling near the wood stove in the evening. The sliding door leads out to the deck for bar-be-queing, al fresco meals, and of course, the hot tub! Off the living room is a bathroom, and a large shower that also has a sliding door to the hot tub deck.

The kitchen is very well equipped, and the newly-renovated dining room comfortably seats six. The “great room” open feel of the living, dining and kitchen areas enhances the time spent together.

Upstairs in the loft is a day bed & trundle, a full bathroom, plus two bedrooms, each with a queen bed.

The woodstove heats the main part of the house, and there is a room heater in the game room. Independence House is happy to have your dog come along (for an extra pet rent fee), and children of all ages are welcome! Maximum occupancy is six total.

Ready for a long, tall Sea Ranch with a twist of Southwest? “Kiva” is the next best thing if you can’t make it to Sedona this weekend! Getting away also means losing some of those work-week boundaries; no cubicles or bustling lobbies here! Just open the large sliding glass doors, and enjoy the free flow from house to deck to hot tub to meadow and back again. Stunning architecture with soaring spaces, fantastic great room, super bathrooms are all found in this west meadow home.

Remember when cooking was fun and not just something you have to do? For those who want the occasional dining in experience, the kitchen is well appointed, and because it is wide open to the dining room, living room and the vast picture windows, it’s an easy place to spend a lot of time.

The living room has a variety of seating options depending on what you want to do. You might want to claim your window seat early on, and be sure to bring that book you’ve been trying to finish.

There’s a deck table for eating out coastal-style, and they even thought of an outdoor shower next to the hot tub! This just might be easy living at its best. The days will fly by, but that’s not all bad because that means the nights just arrive sooner. The evenings at Sea Ranch can be delightful, and the night sky is breathtaking!

Kiva offers two bedrooms (king and queen beds) and two roomy baths.

Kiva sleeps up to 4 guests, adults only. No kids and no pets please. And please remember the owners absolutely do not allow ab divers at this home.

WOW! Oceanfront and contemporary!

Lee offers exceptional value for a classic Sea Ranch family vacation. The kids will love the wildlife, the sounds and smell of the ocean, and this is the perfect area for bike riding, kite flying and picnics on the bluff! The living room has cable TV/VCR and CD stereo, a pellet stove, queen futon/sofa and arm chair. There is radiant floor heating throughout the home. The kitchen is nicely equipped, and open to the living and dining rooms.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms allow plenty of privacy and comfort.

The master suite has great ocean views, a queen bed, deep soaking tub with a huge picture window, and large bathroom and dressing area. Cable TV is also provided.The second bedroom has a queen bed and a peek at the ocean. Cable TV is also provided. There is a full bath in the hall.
The third bedroom is perfect for the younger set, with bunks and even some toys in the closet.
The loft has a comfy window seat with gorgeous views and a small table for checkers or cards

The bluff trail is about 25 feet from the house and leads to nearby Walk-On Beach. No matter what the weather is doing, you can enjoy the views right from the home.

The new Del Mar swimming pool, rec center and tennis courts are just a short couple blocks away.

Located on the hillside, this classic Sea Ranch home sleeps 6, has two bedrooms plus loft and 1 and 3/4 baths.  With a hot tub, charcoal BBQ, woodstove that faces the dining area (firewood is provided), satellite TV/VCR/DVD and more, your vacation stay at Dragon’s Lair is sure to be a comfortable one.

You can also look forward to the experience of the wooden bathtub. Opposite that room is a bath with just a shower. This home is on the east side of Highway One and has a small blue-water view.  Your dog is welcome here, and kids too!  Just a short distance to Shell Beach.

A perfect spot for a hot tub! This lovely garden courtyard provides privacy and is filled with fragrant flowers.

A small deck off the living room provides space for morning coffee or a place to sit with a good book. Moonshadow offers a VCR and DVD player along with cable TV in the living room. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. Sliding glass door off the dining room provides access to a small deck with a small charcoal BBQ and steps down to the hot tub and courtyard entryway. You’ll be able to view the Pacific Ocean from the small deck off the dining room.

The kitchen has a four burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and is equipped for basic food preparation. The tall counter area provides a cozy place for breakfast in the morning.
Moonshadow sleeps 6 people. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed, window seat with views to the ocean, cable TV/VCR and full bath.

Downstairs are two more bedrooms and another full bath. The first bedroom has two twin beds (left) and the second bedroom has a queen bed (right) and access to the outside. Just down the hill from the house is a trail to Shell Beach which you can reach after crossing Hwy One.

When you rent a home on Sea Ranch you will also get passes to the recreation centers which have swimming pools, saunas, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Miles of trails for gentle walks or a good hike wind throughout the Sea Ranch.
