A roomy and bright west meadow home, “Rosebud” is perfectly situated for relaxing family and friends to visit and enjoy some of the best coastal trails and beach access points. Just a short hike to Shell Beach, where sea lions can often be observed, and a great beach for playtime!   

The home is spacious, with 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen), and lots of room to enjoy the DVD/VHS selection, read, play games and have some great meals. The deck includes a hot tub, outdoor shower, and fish-cleaning station, plus a charcoal grill. All make for easy beach-country outdoor living! Rosebud also offers free nationwide calling, and a private sauna! Children and dogs are welcome (a pet fee will apply). Maximum of six occupants.

While usually thought of only for very special occasions, this oceanfront home provides a great opportunity for a very affordable treat! “Ocean Knoll” enjoys superb views of the crashing waves from its unique layout of rooms. Great for a family getaway, the floorplan also would be perfect for two couples. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and access to the courtyard, and there’s a three-quarter bath just off the bedroom. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, window seats a fireplace and balcony. The master bath has dual vanities, and a full tub & shower. For the family or additional sleepers, the loft room just outside the master bedroom provides a day bed with trundle, and additional window seats, and a convenient half-bath. Also in the loft are lots of kids videos, books, DirecTV with VHS/DVD. 

The living room has tremendous views, a lovely stone fireplace with an airtight stove insert, DirecTV on flat panel which doubles as the stereo’s speakers. The kitchen is equipped for just about any meal you could imagine, and includes plenty of baking gear! 

The double garage is available for guests. Free wireless and unlimited long distance phone are available. Kids are welcome, but NO PETS please. The hot tub is very private. Maximum of six occupants.
