The living room has tremendous views, a lovely stone fireplace with an airtight stove insert, DirecTV on flat panel which doubles as the stereo’s speakers. The kitchen is equipped for just about any meal you could imagine, and includes plenty of baking gear!

The double garage is available for guests. Internet (for additional fee) and unlimited long distance phone are available. Kids are welcome, but NO PETS please. The hot tub is very private. Maximum of six occupants.

While many of our visitors come to enjoy the area in general, this superlative 4 bedroom, 4 bath oceanfront refuge is itself an alluring destination. Exceptional design points include the large outdoor hot tub, radiant warm floor heat, huge vaulted ceilings upstairs, and a bathroom in each bedroom. In addition, the superb furnishings, and dramatic great room promise real comfort and a superior vacation.

The second floor great room boasts a tremendous stone fireplace that would be equally at home in an Irish manor! There’s lots of cozy seating, including a roomy window seat that provides a front row view of the ocean. You can also relax with satellite TV, VCR, or enjoy your favorite music on the CD/cassette stereo system. There is a half-bath off the great room.

The open kitchen is very nicely equipped, including a gas Thermador range. There is a charcoal BBQ available, also. The distinctive round dining table seats eight comfortably, and includes a central rotating platform for effortless serving.

Rounding out the second floor is the large master suite. This lovely space has a king bed, gas fireplace, spacious bathroom and even a spot to curl up with a good book!

The first floor offers two oceanside guest suites, each with a queen bed, bathroom with shower, and French doors facing the bluff. The third downstairs suite has a king bed, gas fireplace and bathroom.

This home is perfect for a golf weekend, and 18-hole The Sea Ranch golf course is just a short walk away. Also nearby are the bluff trail, Gualala Point Park (the large sandy beach marking the northern tip of Sea Ranch) and lots of quiet private roads perfectly suited to biking rides or long walks. The nearest recreation center (with swimming pool, tennis courts and more) is less than two miles south.

The ocean is nearly as loud. The shore birds continue to come up and down the coast: pelicans and seagulls, flying in formation or lack thereof.

As some of you already know, the storm is already here with gale force winds this morning of up to 65 miles an hour.  Our office lost power for just a brief moment, but parts of Sea Ranch and Point Arena areas are out of power now and have been since this morning.

With rain planned for the next few days, we’re battening down the hatches, stocking up on firewood and clearing out the drain gutters.  We hope you won’t be kept away by the heavy precipitation, though.  Some of the best memories are made by the fire in a cozy spot with the rain pouring down and the thunder overhead.  Not to mention the raging surf!

Off of the living room is the deck that offers a propane barbecue.

The kitchen is open to the family style dining room and open living room. It is well equipped and ready for those wonderful home-cooked meals to be tossed together. The dining room comfortably seats six people.

The master bedroom is beautifully decorated in hues of blue, with its own door out to the deck and a queen size bed.

The amazing master bathroom offers a shower stall, a clawfoot soaking tub and a door to the hot tub.

Guest bath is decorated in mermaid green with a shower stall.

The upstairs guest room has a private deck, a flat screen TV, a king size bed, and is wonderfully decorated in hues of green.

This guest room is fun in blues and yellows, also offering its own door to the deck and a queen size bed.

The hot tub below is in an enclosed courtyard with an outdoor shower, and a door into the master bathroom.
